Information about the processing of personal data when using CueTrack.

2. Provision and server logs

When you access CueTrack, technically necessary data such as your IP address, access time, requested address, referrer, browser, and operating system are processed. This serves to provide the service securely and reliably on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted once it is no longer required for security and operational purposes, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

3. Hosting

The application is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. The hosting provider processes technical connection and content data on our behalf pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

4. Accounts and use of the application

When you register and use the application, we process master data, contact details, login data, security events, and the project, customer, document, and financial data you enter. Processing is carried out to take steps prior to and perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, and to safeguard the service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Emails

CueTrack sends transactional emails such as verifications, invitations, quotes, invoices, and status notifications. The recipient address, message content, and technical delivery data are processed for this purpose. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) GDPR.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use only technically necessary session, security, and language settings. They are required to provide login functionality, form protection, and your chosen display settings. They are not used for advertising or tracking.

7. Google Maps

Google Maps is loaded only in designated map and address features and only after you explicitly activate it. Your IP address, device information, and location or address data may then be transferred to Google Ireland Limited. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

8. Recipients and processors

Access is restricted to authorized users of the relevant workspace and the service providers technically required for hosting and email delivery. Data is not disclosed for advertising purposes. Where required, service providers are bound by data processing agreements.

9. Retention period

Data is stored only for as long as required for the stated purposes. Statutory retention periods, particularly for tax and commercial records, remain unaffected. When the purpose no longer applies or an account is deleted, data that is not subject to retention obligations is removed within the technical deletion and backup cycles.

10. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, send a message to the email address stated above.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for the operator is the Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany, www.lda.brandenburg.de.
